The Company was formed in 1970 by partners Messrs JOGGERST and NEYER, hence the name JONE, and operated from the Thise industrial estate. In 1977, following the merger of JONE and CHAILLET, M. CHAILLET became managing director and the Company transferred its head office to 2, rue de la Gare in Saint Vit. In 1980 JONE acquired ORTI and became JONE-ORTI. M. Jean-Claude BREDILLOT became its managing director in 1982. In 1989, JONE ORTI became a subsidiary of SOGESSI. In 1991 Messrs GRANGERET and RONOT, the new directors, decided to go their separate ways. In 1992, M. RONOT became seriously ill and M. GRANGERET oversaw the direction of the Company. In 2000 SOPIL and M. Philippe BOUTARD bought JONE ORTI SA and the latter became its managing director. In 2007, he became the sole shareholder.In 2017 transformation SAS to the capital of 150 000€
